Verão Amizade

Since 2003 Banda Amizade - Banda Sinfónica de Aveiro has been promoting a Summer Music Course for young people under de age of 30. This music course has been a great success since its creation. The famous conductor Erik Janseen is going to be the artistic director. The course will last 2 weeks, from the 19th until 30th July 2010. Verão Amizade Sumer Music Course will take place in Aveiro's Cultural and Congress Center. This course is based on two weeks of orchestral practice. All participants must pay 90€ of fees. Food and accommodation are not at all included, nonetheless you have the opportunity to get very cheap meals (from 2€ to 3€) in the Dining Hall of the University of Aveiro and you can also get free accommodation near the Aveiro's Cultural and Congress Center, in the Bombeiros Novos' Building. The course enrolment will have its terminus on 30th of June. The number of participants shall not exceed more than one hundred and twenty. Stay tuned for more details.
